October 9th marks our fifth year anniversary, and while it hasn't been easy, we have enjoyed the challenge of building Eloise to what it is today. There is no road map or guide book to follow. We have had to count on amazing patrons, great staff and lots of learning experiences and feedback to make it through the first 5 years, and we expect we will need the same for the next 5 years. No amount of thank yous are going to cut it, no specials or fireworks are going to express what true gratitude we feel. Eloise is a member of our family, that we love with all our heart, and we know that it is only possible because of the community around us. Please know it is not lost on us. Vegan Beer Dinner Series

Our Vegan Beer Dinner Series started with our desire to showcase breweries and pair individual beers with vegan dishes. Our guests, who don't typically eat vegan, are often surprised at how amazing vegan food can taste. Eloise strives to bring people together who share the love of food and coffee and cocktail culture. This dinner series is meant to inspire and celebrate vegan cooking.

We were very pleased with the excitement and turn out of our first dinner which was in conjunction with Lagunita's Brewing Company. The second dinner in the series will be featuring a Texas brewery, Real Ale Brewing Company on November 17th.

Chef Jose Cazares will be taking these ingredients and create dishes that will amaze you.

Course 1 - parsnip, alder wood, olive oil, caper berries, dill, almonds. Paired with Hans’ Pils

Course 2 - King oyster mushroom, rice, tomato, cucumber, Serrano peppers, potatoes, mustard oil and cilantro. Paired with Full Moon Rye IPA

Course 3 - grapefruit, plantain, celery root and pomegranate. Paired with Devil’s Backbone (Belgian Style Tripel)

Course 4 - grits, sage, rosemary, chestnuts, balsamic, mint and cherry. Paired with Commissar (Russian Imperial Stout)

Course 5 - raisins, currants, lemon, molasses & apple. Paired with Black Quad (Quadrupel)

A new menu and a Thank You!

We switch things up every season and we are excited for Summer to be right around the corner. We have been hard at work preparing new options here at Eloise both in the food and libation departments. The new menus will hit tables on Monday June 22.

We also want to shout out a big THANK YOU!!! to everyone who ordered and enjoyed a Negroni last week. The annual Negroni week celebration is a chance to try something new and contribute to a worthy cause. One dollar from every drink served will be donated to The Center Against Family Violence and Eloise will be matching that donation to double the gift- Thank you all so much and let's get ready for a great summer!

The Earth is important to us every day here at Eloise.
In honor of Earth Day we will be featuring 20% off meatless menu items on April 22nd.

We strive to make the world a better place:

1. We use eco friendly take away containers.
2. Our straws are made from plant based plastics so they biodegrade without filling up landfills.
3. We strive to recycle every single thing we can.
4. All of our used coffee grounds and compostable matter go to a local farm.
5. We use organic eggs and milk.
6. Our first choice is to serve the most sustainable option we can find.

We will continue to try to lower our carbon footprint and our impact on Earth because it is what we believe in.
