Vegan Beer Dinner Series

Our Vegan Beer Dinner Series started with our desire to showcase breweries and pair individual beers with vegan dishes. Our guests, who don't typically eat vegan, are often surprised at how amazing vegan food can taste. Eloise strives to bring people together who share the love of food and coffee and cocktail culture. This dinner series is meant to inspire and celebrate vegan cooking.

We were very pleased with the excitement and turn out of our first dinner which was in conjunction with Lagunita's Brewing Company. The second dinner in the series will be featuring a Texas brewery, Real Ale Brewing Company on November 17th.

Chef Jose Cazares will be taking these ingredients and create dishes that will amaze you.

Course 1 - parsnip, alder wood, olive oil, caper berries, dill, almonds. Paired with Hans’ Pils

Course 2 - King oyster mushroom, rice, tomato, cucumber, Serrano peppers, potatoes, mustard oil and cilantro. Paired with Full Moon Rye IPA

Course 3 - grapefruit, plantain, celery root and pomegranate. Paired with Devil’s Backbone (Belgian Style Tripel)

Course 4 - grits, sage, rosemary, chestnuts, balsamic, mint and cherry. Paired with Commissar (Russian Imperial Stout)

Course 5 - raisins, currants, lemon, molasses & apple. Paired with Black Quad (Quadrupel)
